Outside of work hours, his side projects include being the lead singer of a band called Velvet Tones, acting in commercials for companies like Toyota and Pizza Hut, and recording and producing music in his home studio. This variety of creative outlets works in harmony to help him bring a unique touch to everything he creates.

His goal in creating Blank Studios is to become a preferred media agency in New Zealand for companies looking to transform their brands into visual narratives with soul, strategy, and authenticity.
